History
Started in 1983 by Bob Redd.
•When Bob Redd passed away, he left the company to his surviving brother, Frank Redd Sr.
•The company was jointly owned by Frank Redd Sr. and his son, Scott Redd (through 1999).
•In April 1999, Stephen Deutsch purchased Frank Redd Sr.'s shares in Prestige Wines. In August of 2002, Stephen Deutsch bought out Scott Redd and acquired numerous brands held by Niche Distributing. Additionally, Stephen Deutsch formed a partnership with Charmer Sunbelt.
